Working with us
What's the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum for retail or dropshipping — one set is fine. Wholesale pricing runs in tiers. Send us your estimated monthly volume and we'll quote against it. [Replace] Update these MOQ figures to match your actual policy.
Can we use our own brand and packaging?
Yes. We can apply your mark to the product and the carton, and produce custom inserts and printed boxes. Private label requires brand authorization documentation and an approved packaging proof before production. Sampling lead time and cost depend on the design.
Can dropshipping labels be white label?
Yes. Dropship orders ship with a white-label label, and there is no AMIENIV branding or price documentation inside the box — so you can face the end customer directly.
What if it arrives broken?
Send the carton photos, the damaged product photos, and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we ship a replacement or issue a refund — you don't need to return the broken piece.
What payment and shipping methods do you support?
